Public folders in Outlook email client lets to share contacts, calendars and files within your organization. It is important that you are able to view your Public folder while composing an email for sharing references. In other words, you may want to send specific instructions to the recipient about a shared material by simply looking at it. You can view public folders from the "Go" menu.

2Click "Inbox" on the left panel.
3Click the "Go" menu and select "Folder List."
4Click "Public Folders" under "Folder List." Click "New" and select "Message" to start composing your email while looking at your public folders.
